Engraved Wooden Heart Keepsake Box

A perfect gift for a couple, reminiscent of hearts and initials carved on trees, this bold engraved design incorporates a couples names or initials.

This lovely natural poplar wood box can be used to store all kinds of bits and pieces and makes a lovely engagement present, wedding gift or anniversary gift. We engrave our boxes with a traditional heart and arrow design - seen engraved on trees throughout history! - and incorporate the couples' initials, or names and a date or dates.

Please note that as these boxes are made from naturally sourced poplar wood, there may be some naturally occurring markings in the wood on some boxes.

Please note we are now moving to a new style for all of our 3 box sizes - the new stock boxes are made from paler poplar wood and have a silver front catch. The lids are made from sections of solid poplar wood (rather than limewood in previous boxes). The are glued and sanded to a smooth finish, perfect for printing on. As a natural wood product there can be small variations in grain and shade, and with knots and other natural marks visible. Any ribbon or other 'dressing' shown in in the pictures are for illustration purposes only - this is not included with the box.

We usually use a vintage typewriter style font for engraving this design but we can also use a more traditional script font if preferred.
